These guys are an absolute joke. They won't let me pay my bill, but will still charge me and will probably turn off my power.
Chris Unthank
Our power recently went out. Your service department got right on it and had our power restored very quickly. Very good service thank you.

Zero customer care. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would.

When will power be back on
It's back on as of 11:28 pm
Very sorry for your loss. RMP toll free customer service is 888-221-7070.
Rocky Mountain power doesn’t install solar or local batteries. You will need to find a 3rd party contractor to do this install
Those chargers are open to the public.
Hi Ann - You can pay online at www.rockymountainpower.net/pay. If you have questions, please give us call at 1-888-221-7070. Thank you!
They are radio frequency meters so all RMP has to do is drive by in the area and all the meters in that area download to their truck and is uploaded back to RMP. And then you are billed for your usage within a few days.
We are still finding trees on top of the lines we're cutting them as fast as we can around the clock
I get those too. They seem like a scam, or at best dishonest advertising in which case I wouldn't trust them anyway. The RMP rate schedule (how they bill you) that gives you credit for new customer sited solar generation is Schedule 136. Look up the "Customer generation" page under "Savings & Energy Choices" on RMP's website. Another option offered by RMP is the Utah Subscriber Solar Program, which is not always available, but there are "blocks" available right now.
Hello - For a list of pay stations that accept cash, please visit https://www.rockymountainpower.net/my-account/payments/pay-in-person.html or call us at 1-888-221-7070.
No
Call the power company and they submit the info to have the account closed.
Rocky mountain power
You can call customer service to inquire in the average power used for a property.
You can ask them to add his name!
Reach out to the company as they have business leaders for different areas that can talk with you about what it takes to do just that.
Contractors hit primary line with equipment. Took the line down.
Nope
For information on reporting outages or looking at existing outages, please refer to the Outages & Safety page for Rocky Mountain Power https://www.rockymountainpower.net/outages-safety.html
If there is a tree that has branches too close to a powerline, you can contact them and inform them of the hazard. I don't know for sure how they will go about it, but they will at least get something done about it Their website has more information. Just put 'tree's in the search on the site, and the customer service should have more as well :)
Bountiful has it's own power company, not serviced by rocky mountain power
Call the customer service line, they can help. When I have moved in the past, I just called with my move out date on the old place and the move in date on the new.
It's not recommended. It could energize the lines that crews are working on and when power is restored it can destroy your generator.

I would turn off things that might damage something if they start unexpectedly, like electric stoves, fans, machinery, etc.
Please contact the company via the customer contact center. They will get you in touch with an estimator. Thanks!
No, but you can call to verify
I would suggest calling customer service. They will for sure have the correct information. 👍
Rocky Mountain Power is a division of PacifiCorp, which owns and uses coal, gas, geothermal, wind, hydroelectric and solar generating resources.
I would assume Rocky Mountain Power or RMP
