We have been researching for months- it is almost embarrassing the analysis we have put into our mowing. But with lots of mow and lots going on- it is a necessity to have a dependable machine to make life easier. After cross referencing YouTube videos and reading loads of testimonials we settled on the bad boy mower. Our neighbor has had his for 15 year with no issues. Next for the dealer. My husband had enjoyed YouTube videos by mckenzie jump in marionville so we decided to give her team and shot. We got our socks knocked off with amazing customer service. We used the text feature on their website to see if our desired model was in stock. Tracey was quick and efficient and let us know that although they didn't have one at that moment they would soon. By golly, the next day they did ! Yahoo ! Tracey got us in touch with mike the magnificent. What a nice knowledgeable guy. He made the whole process so smooth and easy. No hassle no fuss just straight forward and honest. Mike helped us load it and walked us through the mower, answered all our questions and introduced us to the service department. We were impressed. Thank you so much for such a great experience- we will tell anyone and everyone about how happy we are !

They deliver on what they say and will tell you the truth weather its good or bad never the less it's the truth at a dealership (who would ever expect that) Larry is one of the most up standing shop keeps I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and dealing with and Sam has always made sure we get the best deal we can get for parts as well as accessories. These folks are as good as gold and make bigger dealership look bad in a big way.
