Asked for directions over phone lady had an attitude about it. I walked into the office one older gentleman had his feet on the table and asked what did I want? I told him and said I wanted to look at different qualities of hardwoods. They looked at me and got an attitude because I wanted to browse to get the best wood for my project. The lady scoffed and I said never mind I will not inconvenience you with getting up and I’ll take my business elsewhere. The gentleman just said bye And didn’t want my business.
