Denise Rosa, It's stretches from Cass st. to the underpath. It was built as a showcase of the encore apts development. Its good for walking your dog, or a blanket on the grass, the children's running in the colorful water fall sprinkler, basketball, skateboarding.

There really isn't a parking lot for this park. However, I've seen people park along the curb next to the sidewalks. This is a newly renovated park which use to serve the residents of the former housing projects; College Hill. It's not far from the Greyhound bus station in downtown Tampa.
