The moment I contacted cycle exchange, Brittney reached out and was very informative as well as knowledgeable about the bikes I was interested in. I was skeptical at first because my credit isn't the greatest due to covid and being out of work for some time, but Brittney was able to help me get on a bike with a low-down payment and monthly payments within my budget. Not once was she pushy which I liked a lot. I would recommend going to see her. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you, Brittney and the team, at cycle exchange for making my experience one to remember.

Whenever I was looking for a bike for a good price and through a respectable business this is the place I went to. All the staffing in the financing and mechanical department are absolutely fantastic. They really just want to get what you want and it just amazing there still places like this in this world. If you go to this location I recommend seeing jimmy. I tried going to multiple places to exchange my bike and they just tried to sell me anything to make money. Jimmy made sure I loved the new bike and could afford it.

I attempted to take my bike down and trade it in. I was initially told bring down any day. Then I called the next day to verify the hours. The woman answers and says they are open until 7 but the manager isn’t in and he does the appraisals. I said ok I guess I’m not coming. She said she would call me back. Then said to go ahead and come in. I ride my bike down. They make me wait a half an hour , then this kid says “did they tell you what’s wrong with your bike?” It’s running on 3 cylinders. Excuse me????? If it’s running on 3 cylinders, grab the header pipe of the dead cylinder!!! Poor customer service, definitely not recommended. Huge waste of time.
