My husband and I went into this store today just looking at options. We were greeted with smiles as we walked in and were introduced to Luis. Luis did a great job of going through options in our price range and making sure we had the best deal! The entire experience was great from working with Luis, to talking to the sales manager Mike and Rich, to working with Steve for finance. We had to stay past the time that the store closes to finalize paperwork however, we were not rushed out of the store!!! We are very excited to be part of the family!!!! Thank you soo much!

Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Tampa Harley is by far the friendliest Harley dealer in Florida. Floyd is the man! I have bought three bikes from him and have had nothing but great experiences every single time. Floyd and the management team always go above and beyond expectations and make sure you are getting the bike you want for the best deal around and I will never buy a bike from anyone/anywhere else. Floyd has treated me like family from day one. You will not regret hitting up Floyd and Tampa Harley!

After shopping around for a week we scheduled a ride with Floyd in Tampa. We were discouraged because the customer service in a couple of the other locations wasn’t great and had prevented us from buying. Floyd’s, Rich & Eric were exceptional and we rode away on our new bike! Floyd greeted us was funny and pleasant and eager to help us meet our needs. Rich took the time to consider our budget and work with us on our trade number and Eric helped us close the deal with the bank! We are ecstatic and cannot express how happy we are with our buy and the service! It was worth the hour drive to experience that level of care!
