My daughter has multiple sclerosis. My daughter was recommended the IV medication when she tested positive for COVID. Upon calling, Sharon immediately scheduled a nurse to come the following day (Saturday). I asked Sharon many questions, as I was very concerned for my daughter, and Sharon patiently answered all of my questions. Next day, the nurse ended up in the hospital. Sharon communicated with me the entire time until she found a nurse same day. Monica came and was excellent; kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and was able to get the IV in where it would take the SJH IV team. I HIGHLY recommend this company!! I want to give a kudos and big shout outs to Sharon and Monica for taking EXCELLENT care of my daughters and myself - thank you!
