Go in at 7 trying to get a prescription filled..they say 35 to 45 minutes. Over an hour later they ask us if we want it tonight.

I was shopping in the grocery store. I did not visit the pharmacy dept. But very nice since they remodeled.

The pharmacy manager, Sherie, was extremely rude multiple times to my wife about refills. The final straw was today, where she refused to refill a prescription 1 day early. When I called, her excuse was that my insurance blocked the request, due to a separate script filled two weeks prior, and to contact my insurance. My insurance advised the script was available 3 days prior to today. When I called back to ask what the real issue was, she became extremely rude and confrontational, and hung up after I told her she had either lied or was very mistaken with her dates. I will not only be complaining to the store manager, but the corporate office as well, and will no longer have my nor my wife's scripts filled at this location. I will either drive 30 minutes to another publix with excellent customer service, or another pharmacy entirely. I have never had poor customer service at any publix, and am very disappointed with how my family has been treated by this unprofessional individual.
