Basically won't talk to you until you do a credit check!!! Wouldn't give me any numbers on the motorcycles I was looking at so I could get my own financing. This seems to be common practice for Harley dealers as the other 3 I talked to done the same thing Sold the one that THEY promised me was mine, in a face to face meeting, so they could get the numbers for me. Told me from the beginning that they could get me on a bike in my payment range, then said I had to come up on my payment. Only after I got $3500 down payment did they even really try. They eventually got me an 07 FXSTC. That's the only reason I'm not giving them 1 star!! Won't be going back when I'm ready to move up.

Manny was great, very informative and zero pressure. I was looking at a Harley Davidson Breakout in the showroom and he told me about one that they had just gotten in and had not been put out on the floor yet. He took me back to the service area where the bike was being prepared and serviced for sale. It was perfect, just what I was looking for. The entire process was painless, everyone at the dealership was great to talk to and deal with. I would definitely go back to and recommend Manny and Brandon Harley Davidson to anyone that is looking to buy a Harley. So, go see Manny and tell him Pete sent you!

I am very pleased with the service Brandon Harley provided. I came into the shop with zero motorcycle experience and all the questions in the world. Joshua took the time to walk me around the show floor showing me different models and helped me find a style I liked. No one was pushy and I felt like I was shopping with friends rather a salesman. Terrell was amazing! I’m pretty sure it was his day off but he made time to come in to help me find a bike I loved! I was back and forth on trading mine in and him and the rest of the crew were all extremely patient and thoughtful while helping me decide! Very knowledgeable and overall just amazing! Will definitely be getting my next bike from there when this one is ready to trade in!

I'm not sure. I was helped by several people and that wasn't one of them.
You are required to wear a mask entering the showroom. I signed up for the Harley Davidson academy and the bikes for the class were sanitized before use
No consignment. They do buy your bike for a deeply discounted offer.

Prices vary.. call the dealership or better yet visit and talk to someone.
Tires go by size, not by make (unless it's Harley stamped), so they should be able to get you a tire for any bike but might not install.
Yes they will buy your bike. I was happy to sell them back my Harley, I felt it was a fair price!
