UPDATE: 9/27/22 - they earned 1 star back = 2 stars. Recently, they were able to fulfill a customized order within hours. For that - I am adding a star back. Original Review: Long delays to have the product ready and staff forgetful. This leads me to a rating of 1 star and this is how I derived at it: If I start with 4 stars for an okay experience, then I have to subtract: - 1 star, because I paid the full amount of items that were delivered 2 months later! I ordered with a huge amount of lead time and my order was not ready when the soccer season started and my kids needed the items! -1 star, because we had to call several times for the order and when the season started, not all parts of the order were ready. We could pick up a part of the order, but waited and waited (and waited) but did not get the full order. They were unable to source a part, which our soccer clubs requires the players to wear! On top of that - 1 part had the number ironed on in a crumbled way. -1 star, because after a lot of phone calls, in the midst of the soccer season we lost interest in this last item and asked for a refund. It took a long time for them to agree but then they finally agreed (after we paid for this 3 months ago). But: they FORGOT to issue the refund and we had to call YET AGAIN. This leaves 1 lonely star for the services/goods.

Got my kids soccer equipment here and service was good. Pricing was comparable to other places but I would rather purchase from stores like this then go to a place like Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Costumer service is horrible !!! It starts from the " owner". He is awful. Over 2weeks with my team jersey there and they didn't put number and team logo ... On the phone with the "owner" he was very rude and made sure to let me know he was the "owner". They are rude !!! Comes from above. DONT DEPEND ON THE EMPLOYEES OR THE " OWNER" .
