From the silent traveler I present to you a park of History. This is a park that has a lot of history and culture in here. If you want to be moved if you want to learn this is a library on the street from the street. History markers are written in the sidewalk there are movable artwork on the side of the buildings. A very open space for everyone to enjoy and learn from the past to the present. There is plenty of artwork to admire and learn from and get really good ideas. But do not forget the history that is there to respect it to learn from it to understand it. These are just a few pictures that I can present to you. But there is so much more there and I think Tampa for taking the time out and the community for putting this together so people can come by and admire and see it. And all the staff in the local area that keep it meet and clean for the community to enjoy. I cannot say enough of how much history is presented here. You will see things from the civil Rights movement. That was presented I would say the timeline is from 1950 all the way to present. But there is a lot to admire and learn from here. Please take the time out to enjoy what Tampa is offering.

We spent a morning here after getting breakfast at Milkin it. The kids loved the free splash pad. I enjoyed a scooter ride around the park and neighborhood. Then we finished out our visit walking the park and admiring all the beautiful artwork and history of the are. Check it out!!

Woww! This is a gorgeous place to view, walk, jog around or even sit and have lunch. A lot of black history is here so much I learned. No play ground is here but the do have a skate board area, basketball ball court, restrooms and a little other areas. This is a peaceful place to visit and learn.

Denise Rosa, It's stretches from Cass st. to the underpath. It was built as a showcase of the encore apts development. Its good for walking your dog, or a blanket on the grass, the children's running in the colorful water fall sprinkler, basketball, skateboarding.
