How can I make sure I'm going to the correct office for the reservation I have. The automated phone service doesn't let me speak to an actual person. I set my reservation for 10 am, and it says to go the syracuse office, but which one?

I would've never used the phone service and done it online. Then you would be 100% sure. But you should've gotten an email for confirmation.
