If you need to fill out docs, you will need an appointment in less that changed. If you go there right when they open up, you may be able to get what you need and ask all the questions you want. When I got there, I had to wait in line and people with an appointment went straight to the front. But if you have docs filled out you have to wait and hand it to them. They will check to make sure you have everything, and you will get a call, text or email when it's processed and ready for pick up if it requires pick-up. I got there a little after 6:30am to give you an idea for walk ins and they may have a cutoff after a certain time. So get there early if you want to try to walk in, otherwise you may be turned away because they will focus on the volume of appointments coming in which is understandable. I would make an appointment anyway, then you won't have to really wait.
