There could be a few reasons your cat is marking that bed, for best advice reach out to a vet or animal behaviorist so the animal can be monitored for answers (hopefully). In the meantime I'd suggest tossing out that old dog bed, get a new one to see if that helps any.... best of luck
Shes leaving her "scent", marking her territory so to speak. Id most definitely call a vet office. If youve changed her litter, that could do it too. Sorry i couldnt be more help.
