Not free, but almost negligible compared to buying one elsewhere! We adopted a puppy in July (he's doing awesome, btw) and he had been neutered, vaccinated, crate trained, and we paid maybe $300. They have a million to choose from, I so suggest you check them out! They treat their animals with the best of care!
This is true. It's better to get there when they open so you get your pick. Its usually first come first serve. If interested you have your meet and greet and can usually leave with your new pet the same day. Ours had all his shots and neutered and with the Black Friday special we paid about $225-$250.
Adoption fees vary based on the specifics of the animal. (Age, breed, etc.) It's best to call or visit if you see a pup you like.
