i believe so yes
I know when I have to call them pertaining to an animal that I am looking for to adopt, I know that they have a system to leave a message, the best solution is to leave your name and number with a message and make sure it's a short one. They are always busy doing something like taking care of business with a customer and it's always busy. Be patient and just leave a message they'll get back to you. I should know and I've been through it. The only time they make an appointment with you is if you are interested in an animal, and if it has to do with diet related for the animal. The reason why for that is because the professionals have to discuss with you the foods that the cat or dog has to have and the reason why. Then they make you go for the counseling due to for the pet that you're dealing with that has medical Care. Not all animals are required to have appointments to it just goes according to the animal that you're adopting that may have medical health problems, it's to prepare you
No you have to make an appt and if they have room for the animal they will take them AFTER checking the animal out
