Can this place help with emergency financial assistance I am 300 dollars short on my rent and my job just let me go and I have been homeless and trying to get a place but 300 dollars short to get the place

You must get a referral from 211 for them.

They have many programs to assist based on your situation. Call the helpline at 211 to set up an appointment to review your situation.

You may also try calling your local Catholic Church and ask if they have a St. Vincent de Paul Society (if not, can they refer you to one near you?) They often have funding for crisis situations, food pantry, etc.

So this place helps out with food. My rent went up an extra 30$ a month.
