There should be an option for zero stars. I cannot express enough how difficult, unpleasant, terrible, miserable, aggravating, and frustrating it is dealing with anybody involved in case management. Fortunately for them, foster parents have no choice but to deal with it.

Bro my case manager hasn't called me in 3 months. I've tried to reach out to no luck and honestly I really need my case manager right now because I have an issue that I need them for and they're not answering. Absolutely useless company. Honestly at this point I'm about to sue the state for this because it directly affects ME and MY FAMILY. I can't believe the state even works with them.

New case worker every month and a Half. No communication. The turnover is horrible, every cpl of weeks I'm getting a phone call from my current case worker telling me they are leaving. I cannot wait until this case is over in July so my kids can have some stability and peace of mind. Introducing a new person ,every other month, to children that already have trust issues is not in the best interest of the child. Stability and compassion is what they need.
