I do not know for sure if they can help you, but sweetie Go in person. I think they stop seeing people at one p. m. Monday thru friday and they are wonderful and treat you so kindly, i am sure they will find a way to help, oh, just in case, dial 211 they will always find an option to help, maybe an upgrade in the oxygen equipments..... Thats a question for a social worker..but id take her to the hospital every time the power goes off untill you can get a refillable oxygen tank
