I do not believe there is a place to rent wheelchairs. The shops on the street would be wheelchair accessible, yet on the boardwalk quite a few of the restaurants have stairs without other access that I am aware of. Definitely worth the trip! I did see wheelchairs, scooters, etc on the street & on the boardwalk, if this helps.
I would say its mildly wheelchair friendly. It should still be enjoyable by the person in the wheelchair. I did not see any place for rental, I've walked a considerable amount of the area.
They have elevators, no wheelchair rent that I know of
I personally have never seen a place to rent wheelchairs
Most of the places of not all are handicap accessible. Not sure about renting. Wheel chair though
