I took my mom parasailing for her Christmas gift and we had an incredible time! Jackson and Chris were awesome and entertaining, and good at what they do. The views from the sky were beautiful and we saw a shark and two sea turtles in the water! I bought the photo package as well and it was so worth it for photos of a memorable day.

A really good experience. The tour started at 10:45 AM and ended at around 11:30 AM. You will be provided with around ten minutes of flight time (parasailing). Mark and Chad did a really good job in carrying out a smooth flight and good pictures. The photo package is $30 (group). It would be better if a better camera (maybe a DSLR) is used for pictures. Either way their pictures were good. Parking is available near the place for $3 per hour or $10 per day. Altogether a very good experience. Highly recommended.

You are over the water but not in the water, they give you the option to dip your toes if you would like.
No free parking but plenty of paid parking available. You can get a full day parking for $20 and enjoy other amenities at John's Pass
I would speculate around 150 feet or so, but it is so gradual and smooth you don't even notice. I definitely recommend Eagle because they are incredibly entertaining and put everyone at ease.
At least 30lbs 14 yr old and up can drive by themselves as long as they are safe boater certified, which they provide for $3
