Pros: clean. Lots of room. Plenty of bath towels. Enough dishes to get the job done. Nice white sand beach. Can walk across to John’s Pass where there is shopping and restaurants. Cons: toaster didn’t work. Keurig didn’t work. However, was a regular coffee pot that did work. Shower water pressure very low. Next to public parking beach where teens come to gather in the evening. Never really felt unsafe. One evening they did go to one of the rentable wood loungers and jumped on it till it was destroyed, then walked away. All of this could be put up with, but what would keep us from not returning here is the constant noise above us. Every time (was very frequent) the patio door opened or closed above us, it sounded like loud thunder (over, and over, and over again). Constant noise of the people in condo above us walking. All day and night. Woke us up several times a night. Sounded like a heard of elephants. Constant individuals playing their music loud. Doesn’t matter where you are, beach, pool, or on your own balcony you will be listening to someone’s music. Very slow internet. Overall, teens and the hard of hearing will enjoy. Individuals wanting relaxation won’t.

Really disappointed with the cleanliness! Came to our condo from a long day of traveling and was upset to find dirt in the corners of almost every room. In need of a serious deep cleaning. The shower was dirty, paint on walls needs to be touched up, and the general condo itself needs a lot of fixing up. Front desk is not helpful whatsoever. We are staying here for two weeks and they refuse to give us fresh towels, they said we have to wash them ourselves. Now we have to take time out of our trip, Uber to the store and purchase laundry detergent so we can shower this evening. Please keep in mind that we do not have a washer and dryer in our unit. Location is great, but we will never stay here again. If the staff were more friendly and helpful, I would have rated this place better. But we’re completely on our own here! Not worth the rate they are charging.

Pretty good place to stay, while I'm not a fan of the beach, my family loves it a ton. The rooms feel nice and like a second home. Only complaint is that the wifi, outside of regular phone use, is very bad. But the condos are always nice and there are plenty of great views from the rooms, even if it isn't of the sea.
