These are more like photos of the area surrounding the condo complex. Right on the beach, but so close to intercoastal. The complex is closely looked after and someone is always onsite to assist. Its important to note, I was there for professional purposes, I did not stay overnight.

Madeira Vista Condos is the place to be! Penny and John were so welcoming and accommodating! Especially John, who is on sight. He is a friendly face who was here to answer all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable! Even right now- its our last day here, waiting for a later flight and we were concerned what we could do with the kids and our luggage. Well, John to the rescue! He put our bags in a secure location and let us hang pool side as long as needed...now that's service! Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children, stayed in units 607 (a corner unit) and the adjacent 606 unit. The views are just wow! With the *almost* floor to ceiling windows, we were able to watch dolphins in the morning while we sipped our coffee and made breakfast, and when we were ready for the beach, we only had a few short steps to get there! A highlight, is the pavilion at the bottom of the elevator...loaded with tables, pool/beach toys, and best of all...grills! There are plenty of little beach bars and grills within walking distance and a free trolley if you desire, but no need if you don't want too (also no need for a rental car! Just uber if needed!) Madeira Vista has all you need! The sand is white powder and the water is turquoise, ya can't beat it! We'll 100% be back!

Stayed 6/2-6/9 in room 604. Our entire experience was amazing. Penny helped us book the room and explained the benefits of the different units (they are all lovely). John checked us in and showed us the amenities. The pictures online looked exactly the same in person - amazingly gorgeous. The views of the ocean were the best. Downstairs has a huge covered deck with electric grills, patio tables, and faucets and showers to clean the sand off before you go upstairs. The room had beach items (chairs, toys, etc) and there was also a community collection of beach items available on the deck. Pool area was nice and the pool was heated. Loved coming down the elevator and walking right onto the beach. Had an assigned parking spot under a carport. Plenty of visitor spots. Mile and a half from John's Pass. Room has plenty of necessary amenities such as tons of comfortable pillows, washer /dryer, towels, dishes, etc. 7-eleven within walking distance where we got delicious coffee and donuts in the morning, enjoyed on a bench beachside. Will definitely be returning next year. This is my new spot for Madeira Beach vacations!

Can't beat the location and price. Bay windows overlooking the beach. You can watch the kids play and still be warm, cool or dry depending on the weather. This is better than a balcony in my opinion. Also, this is one of the few where the rooms are actually hanging over the beach (most other condos are separated from the beach by a pool or parking lot). Plenty of space. Some kitchens are a little small, but fine for vacation. Every room is individually owned and decorated, so the furnishings vary a lot.
