Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable every step of the way. My 6 year old son and myself had a blast and will most likely visit again when we are in the area. I have never been to any of the other parasailing places in the area but this one has won our business just from the first visit. Memories for a lifetime

I was appalled by the complete disregard your skipper and one-man crew had for right of way rules on the water. As they moved toward the slip at John’s pass, two SUPs were moving right to left in front of them. Both crew yelled at the SUPs to get out of the way, and the captain arrogantly yelled he was going into the slip. First, the SUPs were to starboard of the all-important parasailing boat, second, obviously, they were under oar, so, the SUPs had the right of way twice over. I understand the crew likes to put on a salty show for the “tourists”, and act like big bad mariners of the sea. But what they did was myopic, illegal, arrogant, and dangerous.

Excellent Excellent Excellent. This was one of our best adventures yet and we can't wait to parasail again. Our crew members were great im sorry I can't remember their names but they explained everything very well and made it super fun for us. I highly recommend John's Parasail to anyone visiting Madeira Beach. Thank you.

There was a misunderstanding with a different parasailing company, that I thought was Johns Pass because it was same address. Although I did not have services with them, they were super professional, friendly and helpful! When it's better weather I will be booking with them for their outstanding customer service!! Thank you
