AVOID THIS PLACE! Staff was extremely rude and not welcoming. Didn't say hi or anything, then dropped clipboard towards me on the counter without saying anything. I also observed staff on their phones behind the counter. Place had major issues with cleaniness and maintenance. I uploaded pictures that show examples of this. Their library was mostly empty. There were adults asleep on the floor under the equipment which staff didn't bother to say anything. Overall, this place is a joke. The owner should be embarrassed to charge as much as they do for this experience.

Great place to help your toddler have fun. As long as you are a responsible adult and supervise your child the staff will be friendly to you. If you let your child hurt others and recklessly ruin equipment then they will of course speak up thankfully. Looks like they are working on repairs. Many of the rides have been fixed and I did see staff actively sanitizing surfaces. They also would clean up the toys and put them back I place every 30 or so minutes. Great friendly staff. Costs $12 on week days for one child and $10 for every extra child after. $15 on the weekend. Height limit of 52" for children toddler friendly.

This is a nice big place for active toddlers and young kids. It is expensive (12 on weekdays, 15 on weekends) but not when compared to other places that charge the same for smaller areas. My main annoyance is that they don't have changing facilities, so mom's with more than one kid have to drag all of them to the bathroom down the corridor. Such a pain. It would be easy to install one and provide some sanitizer. Be sure to ride the train in the mall, too. $2 something a ride, and it's free under 3 I think.

The place is nice, with a pretty clean environment. The staff however was very rude and not a kid friendly environment, only because of the staff who makes it the worst experience ever. We visited this facility with my two kids, 10 and 2. My 10 year old daughter was trying to help her sister go down the slides and was at the top of the slide and my older child was told to " Get out" of the sliding area rudely by the Asian lady , which I think is the owner. She rudely threatened us by saying that if we did that again, she would have my older daughter sit outside ! What kid of Dump kid playing place doesn't allow their older siblings help them have fun ? If you have any older kids along with a young toddler, I don't recommend this place at all. It is one of, actually the worst experiences ever.
