On Dec 29th 2021 we went in to purchase this car and the price on the window was 1,000 more than the advertised amount that drew our attention and took us to the dealer. And when we asked about purchasing it, we were told by Lorenzo that they had added and additional $2,500 and the sign on the car was wrong. After 2 hours of trying to purchase this car, we finally got it for just a few hundred dollars over the advertised price. Now 9 months later we have kept calling Lorenzo to get the promised part that was missing from the top rack. This has been the worst experience at a dealership we have ever had in the 50 years we have been purchasing cars.

I rarely write reviews but ever since I bought my car from RUBEN last year.. I’ve actually thought about our transaction and my overall sales experience with him more often than you’d think. Buying a car is STRESSFUL. Especially if you’re a single mom or a mom with minimal support. I had already gone to 5 other dealerships and spoken to numerous salespeople before I had gotten to RUBEN at Diamond Honda so I explained that to him and expressed that my patience was very thin at this point. I told Ruben exactly what car I was looking for, what my budget was, and what was negotiable for me and what wasn’t. He was so ATTENTIVE and FLEXIBLE and EFFICIENT. We were able to do everything through phone and text until I was ready to sign. He was VERY COMMUNICATIVE and POLITE but what’s struck me as most unforgettable and what has impacted me the most is how EMPATHETIC he was. Looking back now a year later, I had come to RUBEN as an impatient, stressed out, and most likely very rude mom and he did nothing but WELCOME me and HELP me and never did he reciprocate my attitude. I’m telling you I think of this so often I had to write him this review because people (especially salesmen) like him don’t come around often!!! So PLEASE if you go to Diamond Honda, do yourself a favor and go through RUBEN because you will leave with much more than a great deal on a car.

Diamond Honda is the best dealership around!! We bought our daughters two year old Honda Civic there and have never had any problems! We live in Chino so we patronize Metro Honda in Montclair and they have horrible service! We will be having tuneups and oil change at Diamond Honda from now on!! Recently, my daughter’s air conditioning was not getting cold… we found out there was a general problem with the condenser. Took it to Diamond Honda as it is under warranty and it was fixed for free… unlike Metro Honda, tried to charge her $350 just to look at it!! Thank you Diamond Honda! We are back home with you🙏🏽

Good customer service. My Advisor was Elmo Orellana, very attentive to the needs of my vehicle and gave me updates during the course of my service My daytime LED running lights have been out for quiet a while now in fact it's been out even prior to my previous service here. He's the only one who took the time to have that taken cared of. I didn't know that it's covered under warranty. Now the vehicle looks as good as new with both LED DRLs working. We've been getting our cars here from my Odyssey to our Accord..... Never been disappointed.
