Why does it say open but yesterday I went and it was closed? Is anyone else needing to go speak to customer service? Where could we go if we lost our ebt card and need it ASAP rather than mailed? Are they quarantined and not opening publicly?

You just have to call the co uty office for your district and ask to speak to your worker or a duty worker and tell them u need a replacement EBT card and they will mail it out to you thats the only way u can get a new card because all the buildings are closed
