Yup i saw dogs strolling with their families. Though i do know that they cannot swim there.
Not sure but I've not seen signs saying it wasn't. It's a good place to stroll. I'd recommend it!
I believe that it is... though I've never seen animals on the boardwalk, other than service animals and the occasional parrot on an old guy's shoulder.
