I don't work there but with that being said they do deal with homestead exemption I would go to there website and see if you can just walk in and pick one up or if you want someone to help you see if you have to have appointment this way you don't get upset with the employees who sit at the front door desk. I didn't have to make appointment to talk with someone about my homestead exemption but I didn't have to take a number to chat with someone about my online application for installments for property taxes and my wait time was less than a 5 minutes.
