Called to inquire about available properties. Although they didn't have what I was looking for, I've never experienced such thorough and friendly assistance from a leasing office! Finding a new apartment in this area is very stressful so a little bit of kindness goes a long way. I'm very grateful to the woman who answered the phone. Definitely will be moving forward with one of their sister properties that fits my needs better.

My son moved in almost two months ago. It's his first time on his own, and he was so excited. While the apartment looks nice, there is a HUGE problem. His apartment has gigantic roaches/palmetto bugs. It's nasty! His monthly rent includes having an exterminator come every Thursday, it hasn't helped. My son has spoken with the managing agent. They haven't offered any additional options. So my son continues to live in an infested apartment. He's a very clean young man. He's reached the point where he doesn't want to cook in his kitchen. It's a shame. So if you're considering renting an apartment in this complex, you may want to reconsider.

I absolutely love it here. Before my fiancé & I lived here we lived at Another apartment complex & it was absolutely disgusting (infested with German cockroaches, mice & ants) . This place however has honestly given me such relief . I’ve seen 1 bug in the 6 months we’ve been here & it was because I left the front door open too long . My apartment is so nice & up to date on everything . The power & water bill is very cheap, and I think the best part is they’re so dog friendly ! A few weeks ago my oldest dog got out through the back window being mistakenly left open while we went to run some errands & she went right up to the leasing office , they gave her some treats & put her back inside ! Any other place wouldn’t have even been sure whose dog she was . This place is small but that makes it very peaceful. They literally have everything we need. 24/7 laundry mat, a really nice pool, a decent size dog park & a perfect 24/7 fitness center . Plus they do so many fun things with the residents. They’ve done Halloween decorating contests & pool parties free to everyone . The maintenance is amazing . They’re always on top of everything , and usually if something is wrong they’re right on top of it that same day. Even the emergency maintenance on the weekends. The staff is small but that makes it easier for a 1 on 1 connection with all of them. We plan on moving to Tallahassee in a few years for our majors in med school but while we take another 2 years to do our undergrad we definitely plan on staying here until then. This place is definitely our home.

I’ve only lived here a few months but I love it! The complex is always clean, well kept, and all of our neighbors are so nice. The whole community is very respectful, never heard any drama or violence going on and honestly never expect to. Maintenance is fast, friendly, and always efficient, as well as pest control. I love the gym, the pool, and the dog park is a bonus even for my lazy pug.
