Lincoln Shores was the worst renting experience I have ever encountered. From the moment we signed the lease here, we had problems. The apartment was filthy and recked of cigarette smoke. We immediately took our concerns to the Asst. Mgr Jasmine and she said tough luck you already placed a few personal belongings in the apartment, which were a few bags of clothes and for this reason we cant get a different apartment. We also discovered within days of living there that the AC, dishwasher, and tub spigot didn't work. Upon reporting this, it took maintenance days to address our problems. Finally after reporting these issues, a week later they gave us the option to move to another unit. However, at this point we had moved in our furniture and they refused to compensate for a mover to assist us. I cleaned that place from top to bottom several times and I could still not get the smoke smell completely out of the unit. Even upon our move out the assistant manager Jasmine was borderline bullying us about information we had already given to another employee who failed to communicate with her. They never accepted responsibility for anything because they were well aware of how the evicted tenant prior to us destroyed the place but still let us move into it unbeknownst to us . This apartment complex does not care about their tenants or future tenants. The people who work here are inconsiderate, rude, incompetent and lack tact. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a decent place to live.

Worst apartment experience I've ever had. The unit we moved into was smoky, dirty and the dishwasher, AC and bathroom sink and shower spigot all needed to be replaced within a week of living there. The office handled these requests poorly. We were very considerate and volunteered to leave our unit for a few days while these things were being fixed. They finally offered to give us another unit BUT we had to move our belongings and they would not pay for a mover or give us a reduction in rent due these inefficiencies. Upon living there, we found out that the prior tenant was evicted and destroyed the unit. The office knew very well the condition of this apartment and maintenance dropped the ball big time in preparing it for us but we had to suffer for these mishaps. I would NOT move into this place. Stay away. Unprofessional, incompetent, and poorly managed.

I was more hoping to have the old weather stripping fully removed but they only added another layer weather stripping and the old roach infested weather stripping is still there, so are all the baby roaches. The new weather stripping does help some on the door strike side but it also pushes the door out some, allowing for more room for roaches to get in at the top of the door.

My son and my sister rented this place and it was not even updated. When they moves out they wanna send them a letter for damages. I saw the pictures they sent. Shouldnt they have inspected the place with the tenants? A scratch on the counter? Really? Odor cleaning? Really? Carpet stain? Really? And you dont notify the tenants ans give thwm time to clean it more? Come on I think yall just want to get anothers months rent out of people!!! Crooks !!!! Dishonest people!!! $1500 damages? Really? For scrqtches and a stain carpet and odors? Wow

Select units. It is reccomended to contact the leasing office to confirm if the unit you are intrerested in has washer/dryer. There are five laundry facilities that remain open for use by residents.
