Location in smack downtown St Petersburg, Fl.6 stories, for 55+ . Beautiful garden in the inside court area. No pool! Lock and fenced in parking. Apartments are good size and very clean. Building and ready made apartments are only 6 years old. Only negative points are waiting list is 3 years. But we’ll worth the wait! Waterfront and downtown area is full of great restaurants and entertainment and on Tampa bay waters ❤️

It depends on how many bedrooms u want. They have seniors side which have 1,2 and 3. They have a family side also that have 2 and 3 bedrooms. I love it here. I have 1 bedroom.
Concord Rents or look up Cafe Rents not sure. But if you look on Apartments Listings under Urban Landing or Harbers Edge their Main Office is in Tampa. Also H U D has them listed as well.
