So I did a big move from Colorado and this is the first place I lived in Florida. The maintenance staff are excellent!!! Any issues that I have had with the apartment has been handled quickly, efficiently and effectively. Very impressed. The dishwasher was broken. They came the next day and repaired. The A/C unit went down, Matt came the day of reporting the problem and fixed it. The staff(Elissa and Jessica) have been wonderful. Really supportive!!! They really helped me get situated with the move, clerical/administrative stuff. They got the elevator repaired by a specialist within days. I was able to use their dolly to move in my stuff from the apartment. The workout gym in the Exchange is the best that I have ever seen in an apartment complex. The property itself is beautiful. I love living here.

Love living here! Such a great place, it's so close to downtown, and it's right by the highway too. Soooo happy I moved from Clearwater! Our friends referred us here & we helped them move into their apartment too. Amenities are so great- pool area, valet trash, gym, etc. The office girls are extremely nice and do their best to help too. We moved here in February and we've been loving it every day. Feel really safe with the security driving around at night in the parking lot too!

I moved into The Exchange a few days ago from NY state, sight unseen. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did it meet my expectations but it surpassed them. The apartments are brand new, have high-end finishes, and are very spacious. The common areas/amenities and staff are fantastic. I have absolutely zero complaints or critiques, only positive things to say, I highly recommend The Exchange.

My boyfriend and I stumbled across this beautiful property online and immediately was stunned by the amenities. We then pursued a tour, we met the leasing manager Gregory and felt instantly welcomed and at home. Gregory and the rest of the staff are very diligent and will make sure all of your accommodations are met perfectly. The pool is amazing, and playing ping ping is so much fun! I have also never seen such a beautiful gym! I’m so happy i chose The Exchange, and I am very grateful for all the help on the way!
