Very nice looking in a decent neighborhood. They also have lots of parking and pet friendly. Maintenance responds fast. Big problem is they have ac units that are too small for the apartments. Your ac will either keep going out or your place will be super hot in summer time. Also, your electric bill being high due to ac never cutting off. I would not recommend this place to anyone as it is too expensive for this massive problem. And they will not fix it when you call them.

If you’re looking for a new to you rental and you want to live in St Petersburg you might want to consider Calais Park Lofts. It is central to Tampa, Clearwater and not far from Sarasota. The schools are less than a mile away and are considered some of the best in the county! That is, an elementary, middle and High school all situated back to back on two city blocks! Super convent. The units have HUGE rooms and all second floor units have 30 ft vaulted ceilings which makes them feel even bigger. The kitchens are completely open and well appointed and the bathrooms aren’t cramped. Maintenance is usually quick to respond and the grounds are kept nicely. The pool and gym are average but improvements are being made this year and will hopefully bring this piece up to par. Overall, Calais Park Loft Apartments are a good value if you are looking for an upscale but not stuffy community in a great part of town that seems to be 20 minutes to everything and around the corner from all daily conveniences. They also offer a $300 referral fee so check it out and then invite some friends over for a BBQ at the pool!

Been living at the Calais Apartments for a month now and have nothing but great things to say. I feel safe, the community is quiet, and my apartment is spacious and the kitchen is amazing (white granite countertops/stainless steel appliances.) Merritt was super helpful from beginning to end, the whole process of getting the apartment was seamless. Looking forward to spending the rest of the year here!

Merritt with Calais Park Apartments was incredibly helpful in finding my roommate and I a home. She’s friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Everyone at the complex has been kind and even maintenance gets to you quickly! The valet trash is a wonderful perk and the gates actually stay closed so you feel safe no matter the time of day. They also do food trucks for the community that are just divine! Never a bad meal, and always friendly faces. I’m happy with this complex and the home it has helped me make. Thank you!
