Let me start by saying, initially moving in I loved the apartment. However, the day of moving into the apartment I began moving furniture in, the carpet had a weird coating on it so I professionally cleaned all carpets before moving furniture in, noted that on my move in sheet. I had to put a work order in the next day after moving in due to multiple outlets not working, maintenance man came quick to fix the issue, I also told him about the soap holder in the main shower being loose and a portion of the rug which was caved in, in the master bedroom, as well as the bottom shelf on the refrigerator door was cracked (also noted in my move in list). Nobody ever came back to fix the issues. So I just taped the refrigerator, and the soap holder eventually fell. Blinds broke constantly, never replaced because it’s a “special order”, the blinds in the living room were obviously reused as they had holes on the bottom also. The kitchen sink leaked, ruining my cameras, the showers were constantly clogged, & the AC went out at one point, they came out next day. The flooring is cheaply done, had paint stains & scratches on it, upon move in. The paint is terrible, the commando strips even pulled it up. The main fence was constantly broken, and parking was a nightmare, I always had to park halfway across the complex. Maintenance requests were always only temporarily fixed. The community itself, my neighbors below me had loud alterations at least once a week, the son actually threatened me at one point and almost hit my vehicle TWICE. I reported it to the office and all they told me was I should’ve reported it to law enforcement, there’s nothing they can do. I put numerous requests in for my neighbors dog barking constantly from 9pm- 6am. At the time I was recovering from a surgery, they did nothing just closed the request. Valet trash pickup (which you pay for) often times doesn’t pick up, or they leave a mess. Trash on the lawn, people with lack of control of their dogs, making walking your dog hard. I requested to move out and terminate my request to renew my lease (which was never finalized) in February, 30 days before my lease was supposed to end & before my new lease would’ve began. They claim I failed to give them notice, although I have email documentation and had a conversation with Geanna, they’re now claiming I owe them over $3000 largest charge being due to “insufficient notice” they never mailed me a bill- I didn’t know there was a balance until a DEBT COLLECTOR reached out to me, after speaking to Isel she refused to remove that charge even after reading the email to terminate my lease. I have requested to owners number or higher managements number numerous times, Isel and geanna ignore them. I highly recommend looking ANYWHERE else.

I have had the best experience living at Bridges at Bayside for the past 4yrs, very homely, great maintenance/leasing/ management. Pleased to call this wonderful place HOME.5 stars.

I had a great tour of the property with Brittany. She was very welcoming and patient with all my questions. And walked me around to see where the unit I'd be renting is (different from the model that she was able to show me). I have looked at A LOT of properties in the area, and this is the one that I felt the most comfortable calling "home." I applied for one the available apartments and was just approved. Am very much looking forward to moving in soon.

Great place to live! I feel very safe here. It's a smaller, gated property compared to the the others in the surrounding area and in my opinion the property managers are able to devote more resources to the tenants. Brian and Brittany do a great job keeping the community on the up and up. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Ortiz and Jose, the maintenance team are great! Always ready to service your maintenance requests with a smile (& a mask). Every request I've put in has been completed the same day or the next. Grounds are always kept, landscaping is out weekly. Pet owners pick up after themselves and wildlife is plentiful but not intrusive. No pest control issues in my apartment after almost 3 years (thank God) Laundry facilities on site are clean and I usually don't have to wait for a machine. if you have a bunch or don't want to do multiple loads, St Pete Laundry is 3 minutes down the road. All in all, I'd rent here until ready to purchase. If you do rent here, be aware of your apartment's orientation/location. I rent a 2nd floor, corner unit that is west facing and the A/C has a hard time keeping up if the weather is 80+ degrees.
