My neighbor referred True Quality Roofing when I was looking to replace my roof after having several missing shingles. Bryan from True Quality Roofing came and did quick inspection using his drone. He showed me photos of my roof and he advised that damage is severe enough to get insurance claim. Bryan helped me with Insurance process as well. During roof replacement day his team did good work and cleaned my lawn after the work. Also Bryan took post completion drone photos & video. We can come out and give an assessment with full report and documentation including photos. Unfortunately what you can't see meaning what's underneath is also a major factor in the longevity and fortitude of your roof. That being said what we can see without pulling up anything lends a very good idea of their application procedure. Please call us for free advise and/or to set up inspection. We don't charge anything until the job is finished and customer is satisfied, hopefully your situation is the same with your contractor
