never come here if possible. this one lady who always is there is so rude, upset at her own job and takes it out on you. when someone is instructed with a FREE RETURN you do not tell the customer they’re wrong and “that’s now how USPS is” also not the first time this has happened with her. truly disturbing especially since she greets the lady infront of me with “thank you for your patience” and a smile… maybe she doesn’t like people who speak other languages idk.

Just stopped by to buy a book of stamps. I just don't understand how very well paid post office employees can have such a poor attitude. Went in on a slow Friday afternoon. Two employees in the office- one man and one women. The women who waited on me was just short of rude to me. Again I assume she is making 60k to sell stamps and postage. The lack of respect for customers is so prevalent. Managers should listen to how the customers are being treated. I realize they are union so it's very hard to reprimand but at least put them were they have no customer contact.

There is a rude older woman working behind the counter at this location. Having been in this post office many times, I've overheard the same woman being hostile to other customers. She is older, light-skinned, dark hair, and often wears florida gator attire. A supervisor or manager should speak with her about being nicer to customers.

Two weeks ago I needed to change my decease father mail. Bad enough going through grieving. I had spoken with US Postal a week prior & they told me to just bring a death certificate. I get to the post office. Postal clerk told me to fill out the card & show the death certificate. I get back in line Ted postal clerk with a rude attitude. Told me I had to bring Power of attorney papers. I had to go home & come back. Just to tell me it’s good. And I have not received any of father’s mail as of yet.
