Greg and his team have been absolute life savers for us over the past year, consistently providing top notch personal and business tax services. There were many times we reached out to him at the 11th hour for support and he always came through for us. We appreciate Freyman CPA so much and couldn't recommend them more!

I've been working with Freyman CPA for almost 10 years now. Greg and Angela have always been very knowledgeable and responsive. I'm very satisfied with their work and I know I can rely on them completely.

As a new resident in Jacksonville, becoming a caretaker within months of moving and living in boxes after a year is not easy. One of the many things to accomplish was getting a new CPA. Freyman’s reviews are excellent, I agree. Upon speaking with Greg, I felt good about the call, he was very diligent/professional. I uploaded everything into the portal, paid the portion requested. It took a while for me to complete the upload since my mother was in Hospice. Having requested a face-to-face meeting initially and then told that was not done any longer did not sit well with me. In my world, I just gave this CPA firm all my most personal information and now you do not meet in person. In addition, it was inferred take it or leave it and demonstrating distrust. Distrust from them whom had nothing to lose. I on the other hand would lose my time, money and they have my most important information – who carries most of the liability? Nonetheless, wisdom and challenges in life make us take a step back and count to 10. I wanted this pass me. Greg finished my taxes, educated me by explaining many things I was unaware off, he demonstrated empathy toward the end of this experience, and I appreciate it. A google review is what is your experience with this firm? My husband said to me “not good” you went through so much stress unnecessarily. My responded was you are right, but I also understand small businesses and their challenges. One bad apple ruins it for the entire apple tree. Obviously, Freyman has had there fair share of bad apples based on the distrust demonstrated to me. The experience was good, really bad, and good. My only comment would be meeting with your customers even at a Dunkin Donut car to car to say the least and looking into people’s eyes will tell you whom to trust. I told Greg as such so nothing new here. We ended fine and in fact, he reminded me of the review. Thank you, благодарю вас!

As a newer start-up I needed a lot of guidance on setting up my corporation. Additionally, I needed assistance in setting up a type of financial recording system and what I need to keep track of. I had many questions along the way, and they were always available to me and with great suggestions. No question was crazy to them. When there are business reports due, they let me know so it doesn't fall through the cracks. Since I am newer on owning my own business this is a great relief to me! On the personal tax end our we felt our previous tax accountants did not listen to us. Nor did they give us great advice. Greg and Angela actively work WITH us and show us how to pay attention to the expenses we incur and what is tax deductible and what isn't. We have made a few mistakes along the way and they have helped us get through the issues. They are very down to earth and easy to talk to. My husband and I have felt comfortable with them both since our very first meeting. We have worked with them several years now and look forward to many more years of their wise advice and happy faces. They are real people!
