I have requested a quote for repair three weeks ago, at first I was told the 4th of August then no one showed up so I called and the lady said she meant the 11 which was last Thursday, no one showed up that day either, I called and was advised he would be out on Friday the 12th. I contacted them Monday and they said he would send the quote, I was wondering why the office couldnt give it to me. I called today and still nothing, only their answering machine. I left two messages before requesting them to give me a name of someone else that might can do the job. If getting a quote is this hard from them I cannot imagine what type of service to except from them. The only reason they received one star is because that is the lowest you can give them. Update I found someone that was great if you need something call SCHNORR HOME IMAGE, they were professional and there within a few days to complete the job

Used for resurfacing, screw replacement, and rescreening. They rush through and miss lots of things. Job got done but only after hours of my family spending time finding mistakes and misses. Low quality paint prep = bad quality result on high beams over pool. Owner comes out before job is finished without even looking over work to request final payment. Treated us like we were difficult for wanting to verify 10-year warranty after we spent $3k extra and it took well over a month to verify. Charges fees to use credit cards without telling you in advance. Have heard multiple times that their workers have 20 years experience yet I see them make simple mistakes. Would avoid unless you can watch them like hawks.

Scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance and they never showed up, didn’t call or returned my VM. So unprofessional.

Great experience with Lee once again and with Joshua Kreisman. It took a little time to get on the schedule due to current labor shortages so I feel for Lee and Joshua. Lee keot in touch and kept me informed of the start date for my screen. Joshua's crew came in to help get my screen redone and updated and they all did a fantastic job! Thank you for the attention to details. The screen was redone to include doors and hardware and it looks amazing in only a few days. The pressure washing made a huge difference also and all for a great and very fair price. I am excited at how great the screen cage looks. Thank you!
