My car was the unfortunate victim of a keying and my insurance company dramatically undervalued the cost of the repair, preventing me from receiving a payout above my deductible. I brought my vehicle to Vinny and the team, and he immediately agreed that the third-party appraiser undervalued the cost of the repair and would go to bat for me to make it right. He communicated clearly the work that would be done to the body, worked with the appraiser to show the amount of work involved in restoring it to its pre-vandalism condition in order to help my insurer pay for repair, and showed a level of passion for his work that made me feel comfortable with leaving my car with him for the week and a half that he had it. Based on my experience, I'd recommend Vinny and his team. Don't hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.

Vinny was courteous, professional and polite. I was told it would take one week to get the job done and the car was ready when promised, the estimate Vinny gave me was much less than other estimates I received and the work was exceptional. Thank you Vinny.

I have been going to MasterCraft Auto for the last 5 years. It has been nothing but exceptional service and quality. Vinny the owner is so kind and always makes sure my car is serviced the correct way. He is quiet a perfectionist like myself so I appreciate all the time and hard work he has ever done to my vehicles over the years. I highly recommend MasterCraft Auto to any one whom needs auto body servicing done! Bravo MasterCraft team!

It is important that in advance of any repair work being undertaken, both you and your insurer know how much it will cost. That is why at Mastercraft Auto Service we are proud of our tradition of working with certified insurance companies to give you, the driver, the most cost efficient means of repairing your vehicle. Our repair cost estimate includes: what repairs are needed, the parts that will need to be repaired or possibly replaced and whether new or second hand parts are being used.
It is important that you don’t accept blame for the accident at the scene. This means that you must not sign any statement assuming liability or make verbal commitments to pay for the damages that occurred. You must also never accept money or agree to forget about the accident altogether.
You need to contact your insurance provider and inform them of relevant details including: how the collision took place; if there are any injured parties and the severity of these injuries; and any damage to vehicles or adjoining property.
It is crucial that you exchange contact and insurance details with all parties involved. It is also wise to take pictures and, if possible, jot down any details pertaining to the accident. If the other party involved refuses to exchange details, then be sure to obtain their license plate number as well as a detailed vehicle and driver description.
If you feel that you or one of your passengers may be injured following a collision, then you need to call 911 straight away for an ambulance or other emergency services. From there, you need to see the relevant medical care practitioner for an assessment of your injury. Then, file an injury accident report with the police and contact your insurance company with a Notice of Loss and Proof of Claim Form. You will subsequently be made aware of the benefits that you may be entitled to.
Initially after an accident takes place, the first thing you need to do is stop your vehicle, check that all passengers are safe and injury free, and then call the police. If there are no injuries and your vehicle is drivable, then move it to the side of the road, if this is not possible turn on your hazard lights and either wait for the police to arrive (more serious accident) or start exchanging insurance and contact details with the other vehicle involved (less serious accident).
