I have been with Alliance Express for 40 years and have always had a great experience. The office staff when calling and the technicians who service your system in your home are always congenial, thorough, respectful and efficient. They are easy to work with and I am convinced that I have had no serious issues over the years because of their expert work. I most recently worked with Crystal about my budget payments and she was patient, informative and extremely friendly. It's nice to know that there are still businesses who care about their customers and take the time to demonstrate real appreciation.

The people/the staff that I have encountered as an Alliance Express customer have all been fantastic so far. I especially want to say that Crystal in the office is about one of the best customer service people I have come across in ages. She is always responsive, calls when she says she is going to and does her best to help and accommodate your scheduling needs. That seems to be a rare quality these days. It's pretty impressive the length of time some of the staff have been with Alliance . . . i think that says something about the company :) Thank you.

My current oil contract is set to expire, so I talked to customer service rep Darleen this morning about the best way to purchase my oil going forward. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in giving me my purchase options. She was very pleasant and a pleasure to conduct business with. She presents a very positive image for Alliance Express.

She listened to me and made great suggestions and helped me get a good deal on my Service Plan. I appreciate that the Company was willing to help me out.
