This place hasn't changed much since I've been a kid. I knew a few kids when I was younger that lived there and it just so happens a friend lives there now. Buildings I feel haven't been upgraded in ages including the apartments lol no offense to the tenants who try to make it the best possible. Outside hasn't changed much as I can tell either. Understandable it is low income but at the same time make it presentable and a place tenants feel comfortable like a tiny kazebo change the landscaping a little some siding on the out dated bricks new basketball court our atleast updated a community laundromat so many ideas. As for the work that can be done in apartments update looks like I stepped back into my youth lol can't change much but the little you can do makes a big difference. Overall my visit there wasn't bad nor worrying in anyway. Kids playing outside one way in one way out place. Felt alot safer than when I was young playing outside there. So A+ on that end. It mostly appearance that need to be worked on now.

Wasn't the best housing authority I've been to but not the worst either. Just rushing to get u out of there so they can sit back down. Sad for people who can't afford to live without low income.
