I used to love it here, been coming for 10+ years even after moving to far west end of town. Always did a good job on wash, sometimes a long wait but still worth it. Not likely I'll come anymore. Got a $5 off coupon and was overdue for a wash. Came in saw theyve raised prices by 30%. Sat waiting for someone to write up ticket for me to go in and pay. While waiting the "rude cashier" comes out takes air hose from detailer and shows him how to do it her way. Does she offer to write up a ticket nope. Tells me to wait for someone else. Get ticket from service person go in. Nobody at counter. Eventually same lady wandered out to grab air hose shows up. Tell her I got coupn $5 off from clover app. Scroll thru and find it to "prove" I got it. Pay with credit card. Getbout my debut card like usual to get tip money since this is what I ALWAYS do.Nope again after the snotty "I have to see coupon" response and I fully understand needing to see coupon just snotty way to ask Im again spoken to rudely telly me I must buy something to get cash back on debit to tip their employees. This jus t tells me they dont give a $#it about their employees who work hard for them. The employees do a GREAT JOB the current management and ttheir new greed policies dont inspire me to come back anymore. Im just super disappointed ive b een comingto this place for 10+ yrs.

Horrible experience with Hispanic female took my car 3 days ago was told detailing which included wax interior cleaned leather treatment and shampoo of upholstery. Driver seat had split water that needed to be detailed. Was called 4 hours later no big deal. 228.00 my mats weather tech were to be removed cleaned and carpet vacuum none were touched superviser Jose did all mats now for my seats all discolored black hue and my seats are tan. Jose says there still wet but I'll retouch now. So he does I leave my husband returns the next day since they are still discolored. We are told bring it back anytime and we will do the job over. My husband was appalled they already tried that we asked for the owner we were told tomorrow at 11 he'll be In. So today we go the owner doesn't want to talk and this Hispanic lady comes to resolve. After being insulted we were told that he gave us a discount of 20.00 dollars so no refund would be considered and we can take it up with our attorney or insurance. We'll I guess when you get a discount you get nothing but a nightmare. I believe if she is the best person to represent Mohammad then it leaves me to question the business ethics

I was happy with the wash. I got the low end wash, $24 + tip. Will try higher end wash next time.
