I would give no stars if possible went in today for my second visit and they missed and entire tooth do be filled after the doctor drilled a hole in my tooth I went home the numbing wore off and I could feel the hole in my tooth. I called and went back into the office two hours after leaving and the gentleman at the front desk smiled when i told him I didn’t want the same women fixing my tooth that missed it in the 1st place he told me to lower my voice when I expressed concern and told me I was making a big deal out of nothing. I told him I am the patient and yshould be trying to comfort me and apologising for the mistake. I’ll NEVER RETURN there again and if your considering them don’t. Response : no when a patient comes in from YOUR NEGLIGENCE being accommodating, comforting and apologetic is the response to be expected yet you did the opposite of that. Smiling when a patient is in destress is actually sick and sinister!

The Doctor was so kind to me. I couldn't afford toget the work done. This doctor wrote a letter to my insurance, he didn't have to do that but he did. The dental assistant she is also very kind and professional. All the dentist assistants were kind. I would refer them to any one that needs dental work. If you are someone like me that is still nervous to go to the dentist this is the place for you.
