Shady billing and business practices. After going here for a few years I just called and started asking about the onsite billing/why am I being billed onsite and by my insurance. This led to a discovery of the "credits" I had on my account for the over paying each visit within office. One credit from 2021 then one from June 2022. In no way did they communicate this credit or provide the refund over the years. They are now refunding only because I called asking about it. What if I never investigated and called? Imagine how many people they are doing this too. Also, like the other reviews mentioned they force you to get the "deep cleaning". Poor all around. Stay away to save your troubles.

Unpleasant experience. The office wasn’t clean and the layout of the room gives 0 privacy. You can see and hear the other appointments going on 2 feet from you. I’m unsure if my $200 cleaning was necessary. Like other reviews, they don’t explain to you in the beginning why you need certain “treatments”. They just have the receptionist come out with a bill and have you sign it. The people were nice, but overall something just didn’t feel right.

The office staff, dentist and assistants are very pleasant. The dentist did anexcellent job and they explain what they are doing. The dental hygenist was very nice and did a great job as well.

I recently had a very poor experience with this clinic. First, the customer service was very poor. As a new customer, no one took the time to ask me about my dental history or make me feel welcome. The xrays took 45 minutes to complete (as compared to 15 minutes). Then the dentist looked at my teeth for 1-minute, followed by the hygieniste who spent 2 minutes with me. I was then told my cleaning would be $300 above the basic cleaning with no explanation as to why. The next day, I received an additional $132 charge for the xrays, which is puzzling since this is covered 100% by my insurance company. I left the clinic without a cleaning and will not be going back.
