Had a horrible toothache and needed an emergency extraction. After getting denied by a bunch of places, she told me to come in right away. From the time I called Star Dental until my tooth was pulled, it was only an hour and 15 minutes. So grateful!!

Went there to get dentures for my mother. Was told to come in on Monday to pick them up. Due to scheduling conflict we decided on the following Saturday. When I called on Friday to confirm, I was told they don't have and when they get they get it and will call me then. In the mean time my mother has stopped eating. No sense of urgency or regards for their patient.
