Good afternoon, My name is Mrs. Stroman and this was my first time at this office i was actually sent to this office by the Port Richmond office and the staff at this location was very very disrespectful, nasty, rude and they are racist. The girl at the desk named Polara I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly but she didn't say my name correctly neither and when I corrected her she got really sarcastic but her and the other staff was very polite to the Spanish patients and very ghetto to other patients of color the management and doctors were very unprofessional this whole office staff needs to be adjusted and revamp completely and if you don't believe me just send someone there undercover of color. Thank you for your time, understanding attention, cooperation and promptness regarding this matter. Stay safe and healthy.

Front desk very unprofessional. No welcome. Very rude. Once I got back to the seat, dentist was great. So were her assistants. They were very sweet.
