I had the laser assisted cataract surgery on Monday 7/18/22. Everything went great and everyone that I came in contact was so fantastic! They were patient and supportive and explained everything to me. I am sorry that I did not get everyone’s name. Thank you all for everything you did. I am so happy with the outcome. I will be back on 8/11/22 to have second eye done! I had my other eye done on Monday 8/11/22. Again i want to say thank you to everyone there. I appreciated how friendly and professional everyone is here. Thank You!

My eye doctor is good, but some of the staffs are not. On May 13 Friday, visited optical department for duplicating an earlier order of trifocal glasses which needs only minor adjustment of the middle section to be slightly bigger. The newly trained novice optician insisted redoing it from scratch but she made many calls for other colleagues (besides calling the insurance for validating benefit coverage) for help then made all mistaks on measurements deciding the locations of the 2 lines of lined trifocal lenses which I honestly corrected her because I needed the lines at the correct/proper locations and I had been secondary school math teacher and the correct and easiest way of measuring the 2 lines were by measuring the lenses of my current pair of glasses ( which I has been wearing since mid January 2022 for 4 months already) with the two proper locations. She was angry with me for my crrections. Then she insisted she didn't want to help me order the duplicate pair and falsely accused me of occupying her entire 4 or 5 working hours since moring (despite that I was with her for 1.25 hours 11:30AM -12:15PM waiting for her finishing with phone calls, selecting frames, and after lunch break 1:30PM - 2PM doing what she told me to while she was measuring the 2 lines) and called another staff to escort me to the lobby. The escorting staff told me that J needed a break (shortly after the lunch break) and I needed to call optical department Monday around 10AM when the other optician M is in office. But the other optician is a racist and has no professionalism having discriminated me and deprived my right of staying in line position and put the white man behind me to my front lying that I was not waiting for service (I never go to Central Valley Eye Medical Group without needing (eye exam/glasses) services. So, I told the staff that I didn't want to work with M. So, I'm asking myself, do I need anymore denial for service, dignalty, and respect?

Went here after suffering with cataracts for years. One eye could barely see while the other, two months before operation was completely blind. The surgery was smooth and recovery was painless. Could see almost perfectly the same day. Now I have 20/20 vision and couldn’t be any happier. I am very thankful that I got my vision back. Thank you! Waly Diouf

I was a patient of Dr. Titler's at Central Valley Medical Group for cataract surgery on both eyes and was extremely satisfied with the operation and overall professionalism and skills of the Doctor and his staff. Thank you Dr. Titler for your amazing work. Thank you for a wonderful job by you and your staff. I came in with extremely poor vision, and ended up with "hawk" eyesight.
