Really Doc? All bc I had another procedure done almost 2years ago your refusing me treatment on work you done, unfortunately I wasn't in the area when I needed other work done. Customer service training for all employees we the people who patronize your dental office deserve to be talked to and treated fairly.👎

I decided to go with a different dentist because the receptionist was incredibly rude for no reason. Cannot speak for the dentist's work. I called as a new patient looking for help with an abcess tooth that is causing extreme pain. The receptionist sounded very busy, she put me on hold when I first called then took my name and number and said "I'll call you right back." Thinking it was just a busy morning I said that's no problem. 3 hours later, no call back, but again I thought it might have just slipped her mind so I gave the office another call. I didn't even mention her calling back and just politely asked if they might have any openings in the next two weeks for an abcess tooth. She replied "didn't you JUST call earlier I said I was gonna call you back. I needed time to see if we can fit you in." I replied "oh okay I wasn't sure when you might call back that's not a problem" but she cut me off in the middle of saying that and said"if it's THAT bad just go to the ER." after that I just respond "okay thanks" and hung up. When people are calling you, in pain, and being polite and patient you should not treat potential clients like they are an inconvenience. Will never go to this dentist.
