Josh’s and George in maintenance man! They are 120% the best.. honestly great brothers, any time I need help with anything on multiple accounts they both have came within minutes to make sure I was good. There are times the office maybe closing or I’m the last one of the day and they never treat it like such. I can’t honestly thank them enough for always being there when you need them in clutch times, they both pulled through for even when I’m sure they had a lot to do around the way with out judgement or complaint but only in the spirit of helping and being the best out here on the team.. As well to add to this post although this was specifically for them. I want to show my appreciation also for Hector, In maintenance helping me everytime , even when the weather was crazy.. even when I was moving things he offered me help he’s beyond a great soul man. Aswell Brody and Mary in the office…they’ve only ever tried to help me! Never hassling only striving to help me even in tough time during covid… Brody man… words can’t even express how thankful I am for this brother… he’ll will be my brother for life.. I’m thankful for him beyond measure… mary is very nice always polite. Always looking for ways to help resolve an issue anytime anything arrives… this team I can honestly say has served my life well… you never know what someone is going through … I’m proud to say my experience here man is superb.. no extra gas.. all honesty

Canyon Park is an awesome community to live in. It’s quite and safe with a great remodeled club house, gym, and rooms. I have lived here for 6 months and have had a great experience so far. For the most part everyone is pretty friendly and keeps to themselves. Things are well kept such as the landscape and infrastructure. The maintenance and landscape people are always on top of things as well as the staff, they are very friendly and do a great job in keeping this place looking/running great.

I've lived here since about the middle of the pandemic so I haven't got a chance to really experience everything yet. But this is a farcry from my last complex. Love the aesthetic, staff are nice, generally quiet around the building I stay in. A couple of gripes would be the breezeways looking dirty a little more often than not and probably the response times of the office during business hours can be slow to non-existent some days. I'm sure this will be rectified in time since we are coming down from the pandemic but for now I'm giving a solid 3 stars overall. Would recommend for sure!

I’ve been here since Dec 2020 and I absolutely love this place. The maintenance team is solid and prompt always responding fast especially Robert he is great. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly and facilities are maintained extremely well, the property looks clean all the time. The manager Mary is also amazing and sweet. She is there to answer all my questions and helps me if I need anything. You gotta live here!!!….Best apartment in Riverside.
